Why the hell is the power going on & off in a giant wave every 15-20 minutes?
Like…I can see the lights go out on the interstate a mile away, & it rolls through in the same order each time, everything going out block by block. Then my power goes out as the power on the highway blinks back on, & all the subdivisions behind mine blink out as mine comes back on.
What is this witchcraft?!
